11x vs Artisan vs Conversica: Which AI SDR Fits Your Pipeline?
Three products sold under the same label, plus AiSDR, the fourth name that keeps coming up. We compared what each one actually does, what it costs now that two of them publish prices, and what happens when an inbound lead raises a hand.
Four AI SDRs, four different jobs. Entry prices as published on October 2, 2026.
Same Label, Different Jobs
People search “11x vs Conversica” and “Artisan vs Conversica” as if these were three versions of one product. They are not. 11x sells two agents, one for outbound prospecting and one that answers inbound calls and chats. Artisan sells an outbound email and social BDR. Conversica follows up with leads you already have, over email, text, and chat, and does not prospect at all.
The top results for these comparisons are the vendors' own pages, and none of them puts all of these tools side by side. So we read every pricing page, product page, and help center on October 1 and 2, 2026, pulled live G2 ratings, and lined them up. We added AiSDR because it is the fourth name on nearly every shortlist and the cheapest way to start.
One disclosure: SnapSDR is an AI demo agent and runs on Tough Tongue AI's agent infrastructure. Neither competes with the four tools head to head, and both appear only in the last section, where we cover the job none of the four does.
Who Talks Where
The fastest way to see the difference is by channel. 11x is the only one of the four with an AI voice agent of its own. Conversica is the only one that does not prospect at all; it emails, texts, and chats with leads you already have. And none of them presents the product on a call.
Channels each agent works on its own, per vendor documentation
Amber means limited: Artisan pairs a human power dialer with an AI dialing copilot, AiSDR places AI call steps through Aircall, and Tough Tongue AI covers SMS but not WhatsApp. “Runs the demo” means the agent itself presents the product on a live call.
One Inbound Lead, Four Responses
Outbound gets the headlines, but the costliest leak in most pipelines is the inbound lead that waits. Here is how each tool says it responds when someone fills out your demo form.
A demo request arrives at 2:14 pm. What happens next?
Response times are each vendor's own stated claim, not our measurement.
Within seconds. Calls or chats back, books on a rep's calendar or transfers the call live
Within minutes. Emails or texts, then keeps following up over several days
Within 10 minutes. Replies by email, LinkedIn, or SMS and drops the meeting in your calendar
No real-time agent. Identified website visitors join an email campaign
Where every lane ends: a meeting on a person's calendar. None of the four runs the first demo itself. That is the gap covered at the end of this post.

11x: Two Digital Workers, One Annual Contract
11x
Alice (outbound) and Julian (inbound)
11x is the most complete product of the four. Alice runs outbound across email, professional networks, SMS, and WhatsApp, working from more than 400 million B2B profiles, 21 data providers, and live web search. On the Growth plan she contacts up to 2,000 new prospects a month from 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes, with domain setup, warmup, and rotation included.
Julian is the inbound half, priced separately: voice from $5,333 a month for 2,000 calls, or chat from $2,417 for 3,000 chats, both billed annually. Bidirectional sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive is standard. If you want one vendor for outbound and a live voice answer for inbound, this is the only option here that does both.
When an inbound lead arrives: Julian answers within seconds over phone, website chat, SMS, or WhatsApp, then books the meeting on a rep's calendar or transfers the call live.
Check before you buy: Every plan is annual by default and there is no self-serve trial. The pricing FAQ says 11x starts at $36,000 a year while the Growth plan lists $3,750 a month ($45,000), so confirm the number in writing. A March 2025 TechCrunch report questioned some early customer claims, and the founder stepped down that May, so ask for references in your segment.
Artisan: Email-First Outbound With a Low Entry Point
Artisan
Ava, the AI BDR
Ava finds and enriches leads from more than 250 million contacts and 22 data sources, writes and sends email and social outreach from your own domains in your reps' names, handles replies, and books meetings. Guardrails are a strength: approvals, tone and CTA locks, and banned phrases keep the copy on brand, and autonomous A/B testing rotates message variants.
Pricing now has two doors. The Startups tab lists Free, Intern at $250 a month, and Employee at $600 a month, with a 30-day trial and no card. The Businesses tab is sized by lead volume and is talk-to-sales only. Calling is human-led: a power dialer at $67 per seat with an AI copilot. In 2026 Artisan also hired its first human BDR and retired its “Stop Hiring Humans” slogan for “Be More Human.”
When an inbound lead arrives: There is no real-time inbound agent. Ava can identify website visitors (4 credits each) and add them to a warm outbound email campaign.
Check before you buy: The self-serve plans are billed annually with credits upfront, though Artisan's own vs-11x page says monthly with cancel anytime; confirm which applies to you. A full campaign uses about 20 credits per person, and mailboxes and phone numbers are billed separately. LinkedIn restricted Artisan for about two weeks from December 19, 2025, and the site now says “social” instead.
Conversica: The Follow-Up Specialist
Conversica
Conversational AI agents
Conversica has run two-way lead conversations longer than almost anyone, and it says it has handled 1.5 billion of them for more than 2,000 teams. Its agents work the leads you already have in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Dynamics: event attendees, content downloads, stalled opportunities, renewals.
That makes it a different purchase from 11x or Artisan. Conversica will not find new prospects. It makes sure the ones who raised a hand get a persistent, on-brand follow-up in any language, with SOC 2, GDPR, and data residency covered. G2 reviewers like the persistence and mention rigid message templates.
When an inbound lead arrives: It reaches out within minutes of a form submission by email, SMS, or chat, keeps following up over several days, and books a meeting or routes the lead to the right team.
Check before you buy: Conversica has no prospect database and no native AI voice agent. Pricing is not published; Capterra lists a $2,999 per month plan, and several articles cite a $55K Vendr median that does not match Vendr's live figure. In July 2026 it launched Ignite for car dealerships and took majority investment from a Morgan Stanley fund, so ask about the B2B roadmap.
AiSDR: The Month-to-Month Option
AiSDR
Ami, launched September 2026
AiSDR rebuilt itself around Ami in September 2026, an agent that drafts a full campaign from your website in about 20 minutes, and cut its entry price from $900 to $250 a month in the same launch. It writes from each prospect's LinkedIn activity, company news, and up to three HubSpot fields, and sends across email, LinkedIn, and SMS, with AI call steps through Aircall.
Domains and mailboxes come with the plan, and Ami backs off a struggling domain instead of pushing more sends through it. You can sign up without a card or a sales call, which makes it the easiest of the four to test against your own list.
When an inbound lead arrives: It replies to inbound leads within 10 minutes around the clock, scores them on buying signals, and drops confirmed meetings into your calendar.
Check before you buy: Solo covers 200 contacts a month for one user; Explore (800 contacts) and Scale (2,500 contacts, $2,500 a month) are paid quarterly in advance. Salesforce sync sits on the higher plans. AiSDR's own site says it handles everything except the live conversation.

The Part None of Them Do: Run the First Call
Every lane in the race above ends the same way, with a meeting on a person's calendar. For outbound that is the goal. For an inbound buyer who asked for a demo, it is where the deal starts to cool: the first demo waits for an account executive to be free, often a day or more later.
A newer category handles that first call itself. These agents join the meeting, share the product, answer questions, qualify, and hand off to a person with a summary. They are not replacements for the four tools above, and they pair well with any of them.
AI demo agent
SnapSDR
When a prospect books, SnapSDR joins the Google Meet or Zoom call, walks through your product live in a browser or slides, answers questions from your docs, and asks the qualifying questions. Deeply custom demos escalate to your reps with the context of what was covered.
Our own product. Most teams start with a 7-day pilot on a share of their inbound leads.
AI SDR you configure
A platform for building live AI agents, used as an AI SDR. It calls a new lead seconds after it lands in HubSpot or Salesforce, qualifies, demos on the call or in Google Meet and Zoom with slides and a live browser, and books the meeting. It also answers inbound calls on your own numbers and covers SMS and web chat.
Public pricing: Starter $20/month, Pro $99/month, Enterprise $0.07 per minute. SnapSDR runs on it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 11x or Artisan better?
They fit different buyers. 11x covers outbound and inbound voice from one vendor on annual contracts starting at $3,750 a month. Artisan is email-first outbound with self-serve plans from $250 a month billed annually. Pick 11x for breadth and inbound voice, Artisan for a lower entry into outbound.
How much does 11x cost in 2026?
Alice starts at $3,750 a month billed annually. Julian starts at $5,333 a month for voice and $2,417 for chat, also annual. Vendr's median 11x contract is about $55,000 a year.
How much does Artisan cost?
The Startups tab lists Free, Intern at $250 a month, and Employee at $600 a month, billed annually with a 30-day trial. Larger plans are quote-only. Vendr's median is about $30,000 a year, and mailboxes and numbers are extra.
Is Conversica an AI SDR?
It is closer to an AI follow-up assistant. It works leads you already have over email, SMS, and chat, without a prospect database or AI voice, and books or routes them. In July 2026 it launched a product for car dealerships.
Which AI SDR is best for inbound leads?
Of these four, 11x Julian is the only one that calls back within seconds and can transfer to a rep. Conversica and AiSDR follow up within minutes in writing. If the lead wants to see the product, an AI demo agent such as SnapSDR or Tough Tongue AI can run the demo on the call.
Which is cheapest?
AiSDR and Artisan both start at $250 a month. AiSDR's Solo plan is monthly and cancel-anytime; Artisan's Intern plan is billed annually. 11x is the most expensive at $3,750 a month on an annual contract.
Can an AI SDR run a product demo?
Not these four; they book the meeting for a person. AI demo agents such as SnapSDR and Tough Tongue AI join the call, share slides or drive your product in a browser, answer questions, and hand off to a rep.
Buy for the Job, Not the Label
“AI SDR” covers at least three jobs: finding and emailing new prospects, following up with people who raised a hand, and answering the phone when they call. 11x does all three at an enterprise price. Artisan and AiSDR do the first well at a much lower entry. Conversica does the second with more persistence than anyone.
The fourth job, giving the interested buyer a real demo the moment they ask, is where all four hand off to a calendar. If that is where your pipeline leaks, put an AI demo agent behind whichever tool books your meetings.
Let the First Demo Happen Now
SnapSDR joins the call when a prospect books, demos your product live on Google Meet or Zoom, qualifies, and hands warm buyers to your team.
