AI SDR Pricing in 2026: What Each Tool Actually Costs
Most AI SDR price lists online are a year out of date. 11x now publishes its prices, Artisan has a self-serve tier, AiSDR cut its entry plan by more than two thirds, and Regie went self-serve. Here is what eleven plans cost in October 2026, what the price is really sized on, and where the extra costs hide.

Why AI SDR Pricing Is So Hard to Compare
Ask what an AI SDR costs and you will get answers from $41 to $70,000 a year, and every one of them can be true. The tools are priced on different units: prospects contacted, credits burned, seats, calls answered, or minutes of conversation. Two tools with the same monthly price can cover ten times the volume of each other.
The articles that rank for this question also age badly. Several still say 11x hides its pricing (it no longer does), quote AiSDR at $900 a month (its entry plan is now $250), or put Regie.ai at a $35,000 minimum (it now has a free plan). We read every vendor's pricing page on October 1 and 2, 2026, and used Vendr's live purchase data where a vendor publishes nothing.
One disclosure: SnapSDR runs on Tough Tongue AI's agent infrastructure, and Tough Tongue AI is one of the eleven plans below. Its numbers come from its public pricing page, like everyone else's.
Three Ways AI SDRs Charge
Annual contracts
11x, Qualified, Warmly, Conversica
A yearly commitment sized on prospects, calls, or website sessions. Highest entry price, often the most capability, and the hardest to exit.
Contacts, credits, or seats
Artisan, AiSDR, Reply, Salesforge, Regie
Self-serve plans sized on how many people the agent contacts each month. Low entry, but the unit cost climbs with volume and sending infrastructure is often extra.
Per minute
Tough Tongue AI
You pay for minutes of live conversation. Nothing is spent when nobody calls, which suits inbound and uneven volume. No prospect database or email sequencing included.

Alice Growth is $3,750 a month for up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects, with 11x-managed mailboxes included. Julian is priced separately. Annual by default, renewal increases capped, no setup fee. The page FAQ also says "starts at $36,000 per year", which does not match the plan price, so confirm in writing.
No public prices. Premier, Enterprise, and Ultimate are sized on website sessions (250K to 5M a month) and email contacts. Vendr's median is about $70,000 a year across 192 purchases. Now part of Salesforce.
Two tabs. Startups: Free (300 credits), Intern $250 and Employee $600 a month, billed annually with credits upfront. Businesses: talk to sales. A full campaign burns about 20 credits per person, and unused annual credits do not roll over.
Solo $250 a month, cancel anytime, for 200 contacts and one user. Explore $900 and Scale $2,500 a month are paid quarterly. Domains, mailboxes, and warmup are included, and unused contacts roll over each quarter.
No pricing page. Capterra lists a $2,999 a month plan, and Vendr's median is $32,288 a year from 12 purchases. Several articles quote a $55K Vendr median that the live data does not show.
Web de-anonymization $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat $20,000, AI Inbound Autopilot $30,000. Quarterly billing exists at about 30% more. Add-ons such as GTM Signals are $10,000 a year each, and the AI video agent is priced through sales.
Jason AI starts at $500 a month annually or $800 monthly for 1,000 active contacts. Salesforge's Agent Frank is $499 a month billed quarterly for 1,000 contacts, with mailboxes from $33 a month on top.
Now a self-serve product called RegieGO: Free, Pro at $41 a month annually ($49 monthly), Team at $125 per seat annually with a two-seat minimum, and custom Enterprise.
What Year One Costs
Annualize every entry plan and the market splits in two. The contract tools cluster between $30,000 and $70,000. The self-serve tools sit below $6,000. Few entry plans land in between.
First-year cost of each tool's entry plan
Vendr median contract
$5,333/mo, billed annually
$3,750/mo, billed annually

$499/mo, billed quarterly
$250/mo, billed annually
$250/mo, monthly
$99/mo for 900 minutes
$41/mo, billed annually
Entry plans cover very different volumes: 2,000 prospects a month for 11x Alice, 200 contacts for AiSDR Solo, 900 conversation minutes for Tough Tongue AI Pro. Read this as the cost of getting in the door, not as cost per meeting. Prices read from vendor pages and Vendr on October 2, 2026.
Per Minute vs Contract: Where the Lines Cross
For inbound, the real choice is between a fixed contract that covers a set number of conversations and an agent you pay for by the minute. The fixed contract wins at high, steady volume. The per-minute agent wins everywhere else. Set your own numbers:
Monthly cost of inbound AI conversations: drag to match your volume
300 conversations × 20 min
Fixed, covers up to 2,000 calls a month
Vendr median contract ÷ 12 (estimate)
At 20 minutes a conversation, a per-minute agent stays under the 11x Julian contract until about 3,809 conversations a month.
Not a like-for-like quote. Julian and Piper include channels and features a per-minute agent may not (chat, SMS, website engagement), and the per-minute line excludes your phone carrier. Use it to see where fixed pricing starts to pay off.
The Per-Minute Option: Tough Tongue AI as an AI SDR
Tough Tongue AI is a platform for building live AI agents for the conversations that matter most, and an AI SDR is one of the agents teams build on it. It calls a new lead within seconds of it landing in HubSpot or Salesforce, answers inbound calls on your own numbers, qualifies, demos the product on the call or in Google Meet and Zoom with slides and a live browser, and books the meeting. It also covers SMS and web chat.
It is the only tool in this guide priced purely on conversation minutes, with the plans published:

Starter

150 minutes, Meet and Zoom
Pro

Enterprise

Team plans run from $299 a month (15 seats, 2,990 pooled minutes) to $999 a month (50 seats). Models are included in the minute, and phone minutes go through your own carrier.
Check before you buy: Tough Tongue AI does not include a prospect database or email sequencing. If you need cold outbound at volume, pair it with an outbound tool from the table above and let it handle the live conversations.
How to Negotiate an AI SDR Contract
Pilot on a share of real leads before signing for a year, and agree on the meeting or pipeline number that counts as success.
Ask for the price per unit you actually care about (per meeting booked, per qualified conversation), not just per prospect or credit.
Get sending infrastructure, warmup, and phone numbers written into the plan price.
Cap the renewal increase in the contract. 11x already caps it; ask everyone else for the same.
Negotiate rollover for unused credits or contacts, and a defined overage rate instead of a forced upgrade.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an AI SDR cost in 2026?
Published entry prices run from free plans to $5,333 a month. Self-serve outbound tools start at $250 to $500 a month. Enterprise contracts land around $30,000 to $70,000 a year based on Vendr medians. Per-minute agents start at $20 a month.
How much does 11x cost?
Alice starts at $3,750 a month and Julian at $5,333 a month for voice or $2,417 for chat, all billed annually. Vendr's median 11x contract is $55,050 a year.
How much does Qualified Piper cost?
Qualified does not publish prices. Vendr's median is about $70,000 a year, with most deals between roughly $36,000 and $124,000.
Is there a free AI SDR?
Artisan has a Free plan and a 30-day trial, Regie.ai has a free plan, and Tough Tongue AI includes 25 free minutes. AiSDR has no free plan but needs no card or sales call to start.
Is it cheaper to pay per minute or per contract?
Per minute is cheaper at low or uneven volume. At $0.07 a minute and 20-minute conversations, it stays below 11x Julian's $5,333 a month until about 3,800 conversations a month.
What hidden costs should I expect?
Mailboxes and numbers billed separately, credits that expire, annual-only list prices, add-on modules, and what happens when you hit the volume cap.
Price the Job, Not the Agent
The cheapest AI SDR is the one priced on the unit you actually have. If your problem is too few new prospects, pay per contact. If it is a steady flood of inbound calls, a fixed contract can make sense. If it is inbound buyers who want a demo at unpredictable times, pay for the minutes you use.
For that last case, SnapSDR runs the live demo itself on Google Meet or Zoom, and Tough Tongue AI lets you build the agent yourself from $20 a month.
Pay for Demos, Not Seats
SnapSDR joins the call the moment a prospect books and demos your product live. Start with a 7-day pilot on a share of your inbound leads.
